From garden to kitchen…
Welcoming by our chef cook, putting on you Balinese cook hat and apron. Eagerness to learn various fresh spices and the riches of the Indonesian ingredients is just started. You are invited to actively experience the sequence from preparing up to processing the methods of cooking and garnishing ranging from appetizer, soup, and main course, sweet led by our cook. You can experience Indonesian culinary and taste your own cooking by lunchtime.
We have two alternatives to do Cooking Class; the first one performs directly at Ponjok Batu Agro Restaurant, with below itinerary:

Welcome by our staff at Ponjok Batu Agro Restaurant and then you will do soft trekking around the agro while your guide explains to you the ingredients of the food especially the spices and the vegetables used that grows at the agro. |

The class starting at the Hill Country’s Hut or at the Restaurant’s Gazebo — depends on your request. |

As the meals are ready, you will taste the food for lunch. |

The second is a combination between Sunrise Cruise and Cooking Class, with itinerary as follows:
A sunrise cruise to a Balinese Farm

Gathering point at the hotel-bar at 8 o’clock, proceed immediately to the prier for embarkation on a big, comfortable Balinese teakwood boat. |

As the golden sun rises out of the calm sea, delicious breakfast will be served. |
|
We will visit a Local market at historical SINGARAJA, the former capital of Bali. Traveling time approximately half an hours. |
|
The garden-farm of Ponjok Batu Hiking through the hilly farm land you can pick your own vegetables and spices for a cooking lesson in an open kitchen overlooking the ocean and village temple. |
|
Prepared with local ingredients: Appetizers, Soup, Main Course and Dessert. Take off your aprons and sit down at the garden tables to have a tasty family meal! |

After relaxing on the lawn or taking a little walk for digestion, we will leave Ponjok Batu at around 2 pm o’clock and arrive at the hotel before sun set. |
