RATES
The above room, activities and meal rates are quoted in US Dollars,
payable in US Dollars.
The above room, activities and meal rates are NETT and inclusive
of 10% service charge and current Government Tax at 11%. However
should there be a change in the taxes levied, the new tax will be
applied accordingly. Rates for MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention
and Exhibition) and Ad Hoc Group are available upon request.
OPERATION HOURS
Bagus Agro Pelaga is open from 09.00 am to 16.00 p.m. and visitors
are not allowed to bring any food or beverages to the site.

All booking have to be made to BAGUS DISCOVERY office via phone

at least one day in advance.
LIABILITY REALEASE
BAGUS AGRO PELAGA should not responsible for any loss or damage
of personal items.
Villa HIGH SEASON SURCHARGE:
High season surcharge of US$.15.00/room/night will be applied from:
01 July - 31 August 2006
OCCUPANCY/ CHILDREN POLICY:
A maximum of two adults and one child under 12 years is recommended
for one bedroom villa. Single room rate will be charged for 2 children
occupying one villa. A baby cot can be provided at no charge. Meals
for children are 50% discounted.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK- OUT TIME VILLA POLICY:
Check-in time is 14.00 hours. Check out time is 12.00 hours. Request
for extended check out time will be based on room availability.
Late check out until maximum 18.00 hours will be subject to day
use charge of 50% from the contract room rate. Checkout time beyond
18.00 hours will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specified
otherwise in writing by BAGUS AGRO PELAGA
COMPLIMENTARY POLICY and CHILDREN DISCOUNT:
One person is free of charge for the minimum 15 paying customers.
Children under 12 years of age get 40% discount on BAGUS AGRO PELAGA
activities. Infant 2 years is free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS FEE and NO- SHOW:
Cancellation received 24 hours before trip will be charged 50% from
contract rates. And no-show will be charged 100%.
The operator must notify BAGUS AGRO PELAGA of cancellations and
reductions as early as possible, but in any case not later than
specified hereunder
Cancellation received 7 days for the normal season, 14 days for
the high season (1st July - 31st August), shall not be subject to
any penalties.
One night contracted room rate will be charged for any cancellation
received less than 7 days for the normal season, 14 days for the
high season.
Less than 3 days notice and voluntary no show will be charged in
full for the room nights booked.
Early departure and or check out will be charged in full for the
room nights booked
TERM OF PAYMENT:
All transaction will be on basis of full advance payment not later
than 7 days before the arrival date of each guest.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
All information contained in this agreement is strictly confidential
and under no circumstances is to be revealed to the third parties.
Any violation, particularly by such an erroneous disposition as
the disclosure of agreed net rates on the voucher the full damaged
amount shall be compensated.
DISPUTE & LEGALACTION:
Any dispute will be discussed internally between both parties, but
should a legal action is required; both parties agree to choose
Denpasar, Bali as the place for any arbitration.
This Agreement is made in Indonesia and therefore is abide by the
applicable legal laws of Republic of Indonesia.
Any special arrangement and/or requirements should be discussed
separately and attached to this contract and/or in the form of addendum.
No other promise or promises will be recognized
